As a nurse counsellor trained in DBT, CBT, FBT, EFFT, and trauma-informed care, Megan offers mental wellness support to children, adults, and seniors. She specializes in child and youth mental health, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and emotional regulation. She uses a combination of talk therapy, breath work, yoga, art, and music therapy to support individuals and families on their journey to wellness.

Megan is an expert in supporting older adults diagnosed with geriatric syndromes and dementia. From diagnosis to treatment to managing behaviours, all while supporting caregivers - you and your family will be able to thrive. We believe clients can live fulfilling, purposeful, and joyful lives.

We advocate and encourage seniors to stay in their homes as long as possible. However, often, this is not possible due to safety and increased care needs. We will discuss in detail your transition options, and assess your physical, cognitive, and social capabilities to ensure you are placed in the right environment.

Our Friendly Fetching service workers can pick up groceries, prescriptions, pet food and supplies and provide other daily tasks and errands that older adults may need. Short-trip transportation services are also available and can be booked ahead of time or called in as needed.
Our Nightingale Care Navigators can meet you over Zoom, phone or in person in the office or your home. We understand there are often obstacles to coming into an office, so we make it convenient for you. Same-day appointments are available!
